How it Works

Controller-based

Every bed will be provided a bluetooth controller and it will be lent to the patients to use it during their whole period of hospitalization. The controller MUST be given back to the hospital after dischargement.

Almost every act on the bed are initiated by the controller. By pressing the buttons, the patient get to enjoy its service.

Smart Camera

Besides controller, 3 bar codes will be given to patients to let the hospital's kitchen know what type of meal they want (chicken, fish or porridge).

The smart camera will scan the bar code and send the information to the hospital so that they can prepare the food easier. By this, nurses wouldn't need to confront patients just for that particular information.

The controller isn't too complicated for the patients to get used to because only 4 buttons are used: -

  • button '1' to open curtain

  • button '2' to close curtain

  • button 'R1' to turn on bed light

  • button 'L1' to turn off bed light

What are its uses?
