If you wish to join you can fill out this form and submit it online. Our membership fee is $20.00, you can visit the office and make payment and retrieve your receipt.

Payroll Deduction Form

This form is only to be filled out by our RMU members ( Members of the Port of Spain Corporation, Bermudez Biscuit Co. Ltd., Royal Castle Ltd., Belgroves Funeral Home and Company Ltd. and Port of Spain Shopping Complex (New City Mall & eastside Plaza).

There are two forms, one of the form is specifically for Royal castle Ltd. members only.

Grievance Form

Our Grievance Form is available to all members to report any dispute or issue that they are having that is affecting them on work.

10% Form

The 10% form should only be filled out if you are an Off the Street member. In essence this form is your acknowledgement that the Union will receive 10% of the money you receive from the settlement of your dispute.
