Welcome to Kalinga Tech! We are a passionate, independent app developer based right here in Bhubanswar, Odisha. Our mission is simple: to build clean, useful, and high-quality digital solutions that serve the people of our state.
Our Story
Ama Khabar was born out of a daily habit and a simple frustration. Like many of you, we love starting our day with the latest news from home, reading through our favorite Odia newspapers like the Sambad, Samaja, and Dharitri. However, jumping from one website to another every morning was always a slow and cluttered experience.
We believed there had to be a better, more streamlined way to stay connected with our roots. And so, Kalinga Tech was founded in the heart of Sambalpur to create that solution.
What is Ama Khabar (ଆମ ଖବର)?
Ama Khabar is our first creation – a digital newsstand that brings all major Odia e-newspapers into one single, elegant app. We focus on providing a fast, clean, and straightforward reading experience without the distraction of multiple browser tabs. It's the news you trust, made simple.
Our goal is to give you instant access to your preferred newspapers, whether you're in Sambalpur, Bhubaneswar, or anywhere else in the world.
