A lifetime Around Pest Control
I've been around pest control since i was a kid. Most people get into the industry as adults, but for me it was part of everyday life growing up. I watched how pests behaved long before I ever studied them- how mice move through a home, how ants trail, how insects find the weak spots. That early exposure made pest control feel less like a job and more like something I understood naturally.
As I got older, that curiosity turned into real study. I spent years learning insect and rodent behavior, not because someone told me to, but because I wanted to know why pests do what they do. Understanding behavior is what actually solves problems - not just spraying and hoping for the best.
Being around it for so long taught me a few things early:
You can't rush a job and expect real results
You can't ignore the root cause and hope it goes away
you can't say '' we'll get it next time '' and call that service
Those lessons shaped how I work today. They're the reason A&M exists. I built this company so I could do pest control the right way - with real care, real understanding, and real solutions that come from a lifetime of being around this work.
