Salaamun Alaykum dear community members,

The 2026 calendar year begins in Rajab al-Murajjab, one of the four sacred months in Islam—a time marked by honor and spiritual preparation. The name Rajab itself comes from the Arabic root meaning “to respect and revere,” reflecting its elevated status, during which fighting was prohibited.

Al zahra center extends its warmest wishes for a year filled with barakah, health, and continued growth, insha’Allah.

As we move forward into the year ahead, may this blessed month inspire us to prepare our hearts, strengthen our faith, and seek Allah SWT’s pleasure together. Ameen.
