For this case study, I performed the real-world tasks of a junior data analyst for the marketing team at Cyclistic, a bike-share company in Chicago.
Using R, I followed the six steps of the data analysis process (Ask, Prepare, Process, Analyze, Share and Act) to answer two key business questions: "What differentiates casual riders from those with Cyclistic memberships?" and "How can we use these insights to encourage those casuals users to become members?".
