I am an experienced teacher and I bring my research interests on gender inequality and DEI into my classroom. I center my students' learning experience and build upon their interests to increase my impact. I hope to foster a love of learning in my students, and focus on their experience through in-class discussion and out-of-class reflection. I bring a wide variety of professional and personal life experiences to my teaching, including experience as a strategy consultant, a social entrepreneur and experience out of the paid work force. I ook forward to teaching core courses in Organizational Behavior at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Public Value: Creating Public Value & Recovering the Public in Public Value
I have significant experience as a teaching fellow and as a professional coach for courses in social entrepreneurship. I teach core concepts of public value (Moore, 1995), and worked for over five years alongside Prof Moore. I supported masters' level students at the Harvard Kennedy School to develop early stage social entrepreneurship propositions tailored to their work experience and interests. I have taught, and executives from the public, private and social sectors at sessions. My teaching in social entrepreneurship is grounded in about 10 years' experience as a social entrepreneur and as a pro-bono consultant to social enterprises that include an early education think tank and a sexual violence legal advice organization.

Crafting Careers with Personal, Professional and Public Value
In my Ph.D. pedagogy class, I developed content for a semester-long class applied course to support students in developing a personal career plan that creates personal, professional and public value. This course is primarily designed for graduate students with significant work experience, but can also be taught to undergraduate students, to develop a long term career plan. I hope to teach it in the future at the undergraduate or graduate level.
