Below you will find some of the online resources I use each week to prepare imaginative learning for my students. I find these sites helpful and informative-and I hope you will too!

Virtual Learning:

Zoom: Live lessons with preschoolers every day on Zoom! I work with my paraeducator and we "produce" live lessons. I can interact with my students, use a document camera to "show" lessons and see them in a grid format. We can also create 'break-out" rooms for small group instruction.
WeVideo: Record and edit a screencast, use your webcam, or upload other videos. Simple to learn, easy to use, and my district has purchased premium account for preschool teachers.
YouTube: My recorded or asynchronous lessons are posted to my page. Families can access this page directly or through my Power School Page.
Power School: This is where families find my "home page". It is a classroom page where I provide newsletters, daily announcements, assignments, asynchronous lessons, and calendars all virtually!
Screencastify: For short videos-I use this Google Extension. It's a quick-easy way to "get in front" of my students for a quick lesson-with little editing.

Planning:

Teachers Pay Teachers: For purchase and free resources found in a customizable search format. I utilize many materials from this site, so I am not constantly "recreating the wheel".
Pocket Of Preschool: Jackie is a fellow preschool teacher who has a GIFT for creating all things preschool. Amazing products, advice and information all about little learners.
Pinterest: If you can dream it for your classroom, you can find it on Pinterest. Activities for littles, classroom storage ideas and so much more.
Board Maker: Preschoolers often need visual schedules and this program can create these in a simple format. Editable and customizable for a variety of classroom uses.
Teaching Strategies GOLD: This is our early childhood district approved curriculum. We also use this website to generate our report cards and keep digital portfolios on each child in our class. The curriculum covers 38 research based objectives in the areas of social-emotional, language, physical, cognitive, literacy, mathematics, science/technology, social studies, the arts and English language acquisition.

Universal Kids: Games for kids that are fun and help to develop mouse and keyboarding skills.
PBS Kids: Videos and games based on many of children's favorite PBS characters.
National Geographic Kids: Games and videos all about animals-of every type-including prehistoric, mammals and fish!
Funbrain Jr: Preschool friendly reading, games and printables.
Epic Books: Explore books by genre and level. Educators can create a free account and assign a code for students and families-read alouds, read to me and independent readers.
Super Simple Songs (YouTube): Simple upbeat tunes appropriate for preschoolers. I use many of the selections in my classroom for transitions, welcomes and goodbyes!
ABCYa: ABC Ya is a customized experience. Begin by choosing the age range of the child, and then explore, play literacy and mathematics games appropriate for the age group.

Parents.com: A website from a trusted publication for almost a century (first publication 1926). Empowering information, articles and advice from professionals.
Alphamom.com: A comprehensive guide to parenting for parents. Every topic covered from pregnancy to first sleep overs to dating.
Workingmother.com: Almost half of the people in the workforce are women. This website is for families with parents in the workforce to help them juggle it all.
PBSKids.com: PBS comes through again with a great parent resource. Parents are able to access materials, activities and ideas to make learning and family time fun and productive.
More4Kids.com: This website is chock-full of articles on any aspect of parenting you can think of and for any age.
ZerotoThree.org: A website with information for families on early learning, parenting and advocacy.
