I have been instructing and coaching indoor and outdoor rock climbing since 2016 in the UK, US, Australia, and New Zealand. 

From 2020-2023 I coached at the Westway climbing gym in London, and provided Mental Training to young competition climbers, as well as starting up a Women+ weekly social climb.

My passion is getting new climbers into the sport and helping them feel welcomed into the climbing community. No question is a dumb question - we all start somewhere!

I am also passionate about bringing creativity into the mental training of competition climbers, and have begun developing a programme combining Drama and Movement Therapy techniques with climbing training.
