I (Alylore) retain copyright over any artwork I create unless ownership is specifically transferred.

I (Alylore) sign all my work on the FRONT of the piece, as this acts as a certificate of authenticity. 

I (Alylore) do not provide frames for artwork unless explicitly requested. This will result in additional charges.

You (the consumer) are not to put any artwork of mine through AI software, even after a transaction is made. I do not consent to my artwork being used to train AI models, nor do I consent to any edits being done to my artwork via AI. This is considered art theft.

If you commission me for digital media (such as a poster design or logo) I will not be providing any physical copies of the artwork unless physically possible. Otherwise, printing responsibility falls onto you (the consumer).

I (Alylore) charge based on hourly work. However, other charges can and will be added based on excess material costs or editing. How long an artwork takes to create is dependent on multiple factors, such as size, media, and complexity. If you are not prepared to pay based on an amount specified AFTER an artwork is complete, perhaps reconsider commissioning me.
