Your love story deserves a cake just as special. At Always Caking, every wedding cake is handcrafted with care, from the very first sketch to the final swirl of buttercream.

Whether you’re dreaming of something timeless and elegant or fun and modern, I work closely with each couple to create a cake that reflects your style, your flavor favorites, and the memories you’re about to make.

Design Process

1. Tasting- The first step in  your wedding planning is selecting your wedding cake flavors. You’ll enjoy four of our signature flavors in a luxurious Wedding Cake Tasting Box, hand-selected from our menu to perfectly suit your taste. Each bite is designed to help you confidently choose the flavors for your big day.

2. Consultation- The next step in your wedding cake journey begins with a personal design consultation with Me. (Chef Kaylin Ruby). I will guide you through the entire process, answer all your questions, and help bring your dream cake to life

3. Sketch- After your consultation and tasting, you will receive a detailed, annotated sketch of your custom cake design for review and approval. To secure your wedding date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

4. Delivery-I will coordinate directly with your venue coordinator or wedding planner to ensure every detail runs seamlessly. From careful delivery to flawless setup, your cake will arrive picture-perfect and ready to shine on your special day.

Wedding Cake Tasting Box

Each Wedding Cake Tasting Box includes four flavors of your choice along with a wedding cake guide that walks you through the entire process. Tasting boxes are $65, and the full amount will be applied to your wedding cake order when you choose to move forward with Always Caking.
