Ms. Leticia Fuentes is a graduate of Sam Houston State University (Bachelor of Music) and The Art Institute of Houston (AA in Culinary Arts). Now in her 15th year teaching in public schools, she has taught students in Goose Creek CISD, Conroe ISD, and Klein ISD. Her students have consistently earned UIL Sweepstakes, and have placed at the State and Region level.

Ms. Fuentes is an active violinist/musician and adjudicator, performing with organizations from the University of Texas, Sam Houston State University, Brazos Valley Symphony, Lake Charles Symphony, Latin Philharmonic, The Woodlands Symphony, ECHO Orchestra, and other freelance work.

Ms. Fuentes is the Lead Orchestra Director for Alvin ISD. She is the Director of Orchestras at Shadow Creek High School, and oversees programs at Nolan Ryan Junior High and Marek Elementary. Along with her teaching and performing duties, she is pursuing a Master of Arts in Arts Leadership at The University of Houston.
