Biography

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Finance at the University of Washington Foster School of Business. Prior to the doctoral program, I earned bachelors' degrees in business, international studies, and mathematics at the University of Washington.

My job market paper studies optimal contracting when there are implicit tournament incentives from promotions.

I am on the job market during the 2018-2019 academic year and will be available for interviews at the ASSA 2019 Annual Meeting in Atlanta.
