By hiring artist AlvaViva, you, the client, agree to these Terms of Service. Failing to adhere to these terms may lead to a ban on future commissions.

I accept applications for commissions only by Google Forms. This will make it easier to find the right character and details for the drawing

By purchasing commission or YCH, you confirm that you have read the Terms of Use and agree to them.

Rules:

• NO DEADLINES! Orders are executed on a first-come, first-served basis. I cannot fully guarantee when the commissions will be completed, the average term is about 1-4 months. Please don't write to me every time about how the commission is there. The whole queue is in my To-Do List, navigate by it.

• I am willing to work for you by a specific deadline. If urgent, I can accept extra payment based on the timeframe.

• I have every right to refuse an order for personal reasons.

• Work only on prepayment.

• My prices are detailed in my price list. However, certain factors may increase the cost. These include intricate character designs or backgrounds, as well as any project I find less enjoyable to work on.

•  I don't fix finished works. Each additional correction costs 10% of the commission cost. My own mistakes will be corrected at any stage for free.

• The final image will stay with me. I will also be able to use all the photos in any of my future projects or advertisements.

• You can use your artwork only for non-commercial purposes. (Upload the web version of your work to your gallery. Use it as an avatar. Print posters for yourself or your friends, etc!)

• To use the image commercially, you must pay 100% more than the cost of work.

• PLEASE TELL me if you need an image in a specific size/make for printing. I don’t work with high resolution and usually only draw for the web.

• I am not sending you any files for commission PSD (or other file formats with layers)

How to order:

• I accept applications for commission only through Google Forms.

• After I receive your form with the application, I will respond to you. If I am willing to work, I will then send you a message containing the final price, and you will then receive a detailed explanation of how you can pay for the commission or the YCH.

• Upon payment, I will send you a preliminary draft or several sketches within 3 to 15 days, allowing you to select your preferred option.

• After completing the rough draft, you can make any adjustments you see fit. If needed, I will then provide you with a color sketch (without shadows) for color approval.

• Once the work is done, I'll send you all the documents in PNG and JPG formats.
