To add to this versatility, nearly each style can be mounted no top of, or to the side of these substrates as well. These features aolw orf endless solutions to meet any desire or requirement of a renovation or new build.

Proprietary Methods

UNEX's ability to engineer solutions for its customer has led them to develop some proprietary solutions for side-fixing balustrades. These brackets were requested so often they are now off-the-shelf solutions.

The DKG bracket allows Installation of side-mounted posts to fit with external gutters.

The FKD bracket is used when there is an over-hanging drip  egde to lift the post far enough out to accommodate water-proofing of decks while keeping them aligned.
