Welcome to Alu Plus! By downloading, accessing, or using the Alu Plus mobile application ("App", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Alu Plus. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up (via Google, Facebook, Email, or Guest login) and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
When using Alu Plus, you agree that you will NOT:
Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in games
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App's servers or systems
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Impersonate any person or entity
4. Multiplayer & Social Features
Alu Plus allows you to invite friends and play with other users through features such as Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp invites. By using these features, you agree to use them respectfully and only invite people who wish to receive such invitations.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, logos, and game designs within Alu Plus are the property of Alu Plus and its developers. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alu Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version.
