Criteria and Customer Needs (Week 10)

According to the original project bid from Altec, "Operators are currently required to lift and position heavy (85 lbs) PTO, extension shaft, and pump underneath chassis cabs. This requires them to lay underneath the transmission performing both a heavy lift as well as heavy load over their head/body during installation. A Mechanical design could improve the safety of this installation."
