Our Services
We will respond to any maintenance requests and planned preventive maintenance relating to:
•Supply and Installation of A/C units, associated equipment's, followed by necessary services and maintenance works
• Electrical supply, equipment, electrical distribution services and maintenance works.
•Water supply, sanitary ware and drainage services and maintenance works.
•Information Technology supply and associated services and maintenance.
•Automation of home & building supply and associated services and maintenance.
Preventive Work
A preventive maintenance program will be provided in writing by our company within 30 days after signing the contract, which will be done in every three months for all air conditioning units and in every six months for all electrical & plumbing works.
Air Conditioning
ALTAM services under this provision include
•One major annual service which and three quarterly services of indoor and outdoor units.
•Installation, commissioning of A/C units.
•Maintenance and service of chillers.
•Maintenance and service of chilled water pumps.
•Compressor overhauling.
•Cleaning filters.
•Minor painting, touch-up and repairs to insulation.
•AHU, FCU, package units, split A/C unit's installations and services.
•Checking and cleaning the electrical components.
•Pressure washing of coils.
•Toping up of refrigerant gas.
•Belt replacement.
•Lubricating and cleaning drained lines.
•Placing drain flow tablets in drip trays.
•Changing compressor oil and filters if necessary.
Mechanical, electrical & plumbing
ALTAM services under this provision include:
•Repairs or replacement of mechanical & electrical equipment's including distribution boards, circuit boards, circuit breakers, ELB's, light fittings, control panels, switches & water-heaters.
•Repairs of water pumps, which can be done on site.
•Repairs of external leaks in pipes.
•Cleaning of tanks once a year.
•Repair and replacement of sanitary-ware fittings and attention to drainage problems.
Carpentry & Aluminum
ALTAM services under this provision include:
•Repairs of fly screens, windows and doors, excluding replacement of same.
•Repairs of broken catches, hinges and drawer sides of fixed cabinets and fixed cupboards.
•Repairs of door catches, locks and hinges
•False ceiling works.
Masonry
ALTAM services under this provision include:
•Minor grouting.
•Application of sealant and fixing of isolated tiles.
Other Services
which can be provided at customer's request as below
• Duct cleaning works.
•Changing insulation material of ductwork & chilled water pipelines.
•Changing of any corroded chilled water, domestic water & drainage lines.
•Repair or replacement of electronic items or home appliances. Power, water, drainage and telephone services (being the responsibility of relevant local authority).
•Repairing internal water leakage (under bathtub, WC, inside the wall, ceiling, under the interlock and garden areas).
•Major works related to MEP or civil works.
•Garden irrigation system (sprinklers) & other services.
•Gardening & horticultural works.
•Emptying septic tanks and janitorial cleaning.
•Any painting and decorations works.
•Any carpet cleaning and carpet shampooing works.
•Replacement of doors, windows, door glasses and window glasses.
•Complete filter system installation works (swimming pool).
•Filter repairs and installation works (swimming pool).
•Pump repairs and installation works (swimming pool).
•Piping works (swimming pool).
•Plumbing and re plumbing works (swimming pool).
•Chlorinator installation works (swimming pool).
These services (additional & other services) can be rendered and will be charged separately by ALTAM after being requested by the customer and the costs being approved by the customer, either by a quote or will be charged AED.25.00(twenty-five dirham) per man hour inclusive of tools, supervision and transportation to and from site.
Call out for work other than works covered by the contract will be invoiced at AED. 150.00 (one hundred fifty dirham) minimum per day. The cost of materials used will be shown separately, together with the location, authority and details of the work carried out. If there is a requirement to get permissions from specific authorities to carry out work on customer's premises customer should assist ALTAM to obtain the necessary approvals.
Materials and Labour
Only suitable materials of equal or better quality than originally installed will be used in repairs. If any repairs or maintenance services requires spare parts, replacement of the defected items or topping up of gas for refrigerants. Cost of such spare parts, items and gas used in the job service will be charged separately as they are not covered by the annual maintenance contracts.
Terms and Conditions
ALTAM shall be provided with free use of adequate electricity, water and necessary free access to the premises in order to ensure the smooth completion of the service. ALTAM will ensure that necessary safety measures and precautions will be taken during the work time.
