Scenario
You are a newly designated supervisor of the flight. For several months, tasks have been off schedule, team members are gossiping and there is lack of cohesiveness. Your squadron superintendent has asked you to resolve these various issues. To simply put it, the current climate is toxic!
One of your objectives is to cultivate a climate of trust to continue guiding the team in meeting mission objectives efficiently and effectively.
1. Work as a team to develop and explain your strategy for how you will empower your team to work together, maintain professionalism, and thrive operationally after experiencing a broad range of work center challenges in fulfilling mission objectives and requirements.
