The finishing touches reflect natural colors, creating a serene environment for customers. With a ceiling height of 5 meters, the space feels open and airy, further enhanced by a mezzanine level that offers a private dining area. A unique hanging planter mesh, complete with integrated lighting, adds a touch of greenery and warmth to the cafe ambiance.

The Family Home

The top floor of the shophouse is designed with family needs in mind, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open-plan kitchen, complete with a pantry and island, flows seamlessly into the dining area. A convenient laundry room connects to the central light well, ensuring functionality without sacrificing aesthetics. The living room, strategically positioned at the front of the house, faces the road, providing a lively view of the neighborhood.

The private staircase serves a dual purpose as both a means of access and a balcony, providing additional outdoor space for relaxation. Each room in the home is designed for optimal sunlight and ventilation, with the master bedroom offering a picturesque view of the green wall on the back void—an oasis of tranquility

One of the primary challenges we faced was ensuring that all spaces received adequate natural light and ventilation, especially given the site's constraints.
