How Do I Request Maintenance Work?

If you need anything around your house fixed, please send us an email with the following information:

Your name, address, and phone number
The Date you are sending this request
A clear description of what needs to be done. Pictures are helpful and encouraged.

We do our best to get these taken care of as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding when things do not go according to plan.

Please note:

All rent is due by the 3rd of every month meaning rent should be post marked no later than the 3rd of each month.

Please be mindful and aware of your rent payments.

Late fees will be enforced, as stated in your rental agreement.

As we work to be able to accommodate taking online payments, for the time being, we only are able to take Venmo at this time. If you wish to utilize making payments with Venmo, please contact us via email or phone so we can ensure you have the correct information.
