These Terms of Service ("Terms") create an agreement between you ("User") and the AlphaClean Team ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the AlphaClean mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Who Can Use AlphaClean
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under the legal age of majority in your country, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Permission to Use the App
As long as you follow these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the App on your mobile devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. What AlphaClean Does
AlphaClean helps you optimize device storage through features including:
- Scanning for temporary files, cache, and unnecessary data
- Identifying files and applications that can be cleaned or removed
- Managing photos and organizing applications
- Other useful tools described within the App
Important Notice Regarding Cleaning Features:
While we work to provide accurate cleanup suggestions, we cannot guarantee that every identified file is completely safe to delete. You are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing items selected for cleanup
- Backing up important data before using cleaning features
- Any data loss that may occur from using the Services
4. Ownership Rights
AlphaClean, including its design, content, features, and functionality, is owned by the AlphaClean Team and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Privacy Protection
We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy (available within the App) explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Permissions: The App requires certain device permissions (such as storage access) to function properly. You control these permissions through your device settings.
- App Integrity: You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, or attempt to extract the App's source code.
- Appropriate Use: You will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You also agree not to use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services.
7. Service Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
8. Service Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will end immediately.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will show a new "Effective from" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically.
10. Limitation of Responsibility
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
11. Your Responsibility to Protect Us
You agree to defend and hold harmless the AlphaClean Team and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
