Users of Alpha Wallet can request the deletion of their account and associated personal data by submitting the form linked below.

How to request account deletion

1. Open the account deletion request form

2. Provide the email address or username used to register

3. Submit the request

Data that will be deleted

When your request is approved, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• User profile information

• Login credentials

• Wallet and account data

• Transaction history

Data retention

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days after verification.
Certain transaction records may be retained for up to 90 days where required for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes.
