Join us for the Second Annual Assembly, a celebratory weekend of philanthropy and sisterhood hosted by the Alpha Delta Pi Eta Chapter. As Eta’s signature fundraising event of the year, The Assembly brings alumnae back together to reconnect, relive cherished memories, and create new ones—all while supporting causes closest to our hearts.
Proceeds from the weekend benefit Ronald McDonald House Alabama and The Alpha Delta Pi Foundation.
Weekend Highlights
Friday, March 27 | Welcome Night at the Chapter House | Decades of Sisterhood
Kick off the weekend with a lively welcome event for sisters at the chapter house on Friday evening. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and a festive soda bar while browsing pop-up shops from a variety of Tuscaloosa-area vendors. The evening will feature our Decades of Sisterhood theme, inviting alumnae to coordinate with fellow sisters and dress in their favorite era! Afterward, head out with friends to explore Tuscaloosa’s vibrant dining and nightlife scene.
Saturday, March 28 | Diamond Day of Service | Diamond Gala: Where Sisterhood Sparkles!
Saturday morning's Diamond Day of Service will begin at the chapter house with coffee and doughnuts. Alumnae will hear from a Ronald McDonald House Alabama guest speaker, followed by a meaningful service project completed together as sisters and friends. After the morning concludes, guests are invited to dine at one of our percentage day partner restaurants, where a portion of the proceeds will benefit our philanthropic organizations.
Saturday evening will feature the highlight of the weekend—the Second Annual Diamond Gala at the Historic Drish House. This elegant evening will include dinner, live music, and celebration in support of Ronald McDonald House Alabama and The Alpha Delta Pi Foundation. Attire is dressy or semi-formal. Sparkles shoes are encouraged!
Spouses and guests are welcome to join for this special evening, with tickets available for plus-ones.
Sunday, March 29 | 175th Anniversary Brunch
Celebrate 175 years of Alpha Delta Pi sisterhood at our special brunch at the chapter house. Enjoy a delicious meal while reconnecting with sisters and reflecting on the history and impact of Eta Chapter and the larger Alpha Delta Pi sisterhood.
Guests will have the opportunity to take house tours, explore the chapter’s legacy, and participate in one final fun service project together, leaving a meaningful mark on our community. This is a perfect way to honor the past, celebrate the present, and look forward to the future of Eta Chapter and Alpha Delta Pi.
Join us as we toast to 175 years of sisterhood, service, and lifelong connections—a fitting finale to a weekend full of memories, philanthropy, and celebration.
