The Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA) at Cal State Fullerton is a student-led organization dedicated to empowering Latinx and underrepresented students to succeed in college, career, and community.

We are part of a national network that connects students with mentorship, internships, leadership development, and a strong professional network. At CSUF, our chapter creates a familia where students of all majors can grow, lead, and thrive.

At ALPFA CSUF, we help members grow personally, academically, and professionally through real-world experiences and lasting connections.

Mondays (5:30–7:00 PM) – Guest Speaker Nights

• Hear from Latinx professionals, gain resume and interview tips, and connect with recruiters in a student-led space.

Weekends – Company Site Visits

• Tour top companies, explore career paths, and network with professionals face-to-face.

Leadership & Networking

• Join our board or committees, attend alumni mixers, and access exclusive internship and scholarship opportunities — including the ALPFA National Convention.

We welcome students from all majors — including business, communications, computer science, sociology, health sciences, and more.
