I joined the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur, Jodhpur, India, in 2019 as a Research Scholar, where I carried out my doctoral research with the Flexible Large Area Microelectronics (FLAME) Research Group. My research work was carried out under the guidance of Prof. Shree Prakash Tiwari and Prof. Arpit Khandelwal. During my Ph.D., my research focused on advanced non-volatile memory devices, resistive switching mechanisms, neuromorphic computing, and radiation-tolerant electronics, with an emphasis on both fundamental device physics and real-world applications,
Prior to joining IIT Jodhpur, I completed my Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Micro–Nano Electronics (2017–2019) from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, PDPM Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing (IIITDM) Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. I carried out my master’s research under the supervision of Late Prof. Dheeraj Sharma and Prof. Dip Prakash Samajdar, where I developed a strong foundation in micro- and nano-fabrication, semiconductor devices, and electronic materials.
Overall, my academic training and research experience have equipped me with interdisciplinary expertise spanning device fabrication, electrical characterization, and emerging memory technologies.
