Gameta is on the east coast, built low and wide with a lot of use of red bricks. The people here are spellcasters. It is not uncommon to see brooms lazily sweeping dusty floors all by themselves. Torches automatically illuminate when the fifth sun finally sets in the sky at night. These people trace their lineages back to early spellcasters who settled here. Gametans respect Nature above all else and believe life and death are necessary to keep Balance. Therefore, necromancy is outlawed. An Archmage is democratically appointed by a council of elders who oversees going abouts here.
Domisa is built in the middle of Terra. Shaped like a book, with the main road running through it making up the spine. In the heart is the Domisa Grand Library, where all matters of books and scrolls exist on every subject matter imaginable. These people trace their lineages back to the earliest Terranian record keepers and historians. They respect knowledge and keeping everything intact as it happened or was written. It is to this end that modifying texts in any way is outlawed. Much like Gameta, a Board of Select compromises the government here, whose chosen members have demonstrated their knowledge and understanding of the world as it is written in their texts.
Tenos is built along the south western coast of Terra. A stone wall surrounds this city with mighty ballista towers dotting every 20 meters or so. These people pride themselves on weapons and strength, tracing their lineages back to the early weapon makers of Terra. Weapons are made for fighting, and fighting they do. The Colosseum is the main attraction here, with travelers from all across the world coming here to witness the entertainment, or to test their mettle. The government here rules by might though not fear and intimidation. Each member of their governing body is won by challenge of combat within the Colosseum.
Amrycor is built on an island off the west coast of Terra. Like Tenos, a wall surrounds this city, though this one is made of steel. Amrycor is the inverse to Tenos as here they focus on armor and defense. These people pride themselves on being able to withstand any siege for any duration as they are self-sufficient. A democracy like that of Gameta, the people here are governed by those who they themselves elect.
Tellince’s Gate is built in the middle of the Spine Mountains. Home to geniuses and inventors alike, arrogance is apart of their culture as air is to breathing. Once a trading partner with the other city-states, Tellince’s Gate has grown more reclusive and withdrawn over the past century. Once people would come here to marvel at the latest invention, now they are turned away.
