Account Deletion Guide

Almondly Account Deletion:

Users can permanently delete their Almondly account directly within the application. 

To delete your account follow these steps:

Steps:

1. Open Almondly.

2. Navigate to Family Management Page.

3. In Accounts, select 'Config'.

4. Press 'Delete'.

5. Confirm your password.

6.  Press 'Delete' in the confirm password panel

Deleted data:

When a user deletes their account, the deletion is immediate and irreversible.

The following data is permanently removed:

• User account information

• Family memberships

• Associated application data

Data Retention:

Almondly does not retain deleted account data.

Once an account deletion is confirmed, the associated data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Almondly does not maintain backups of deleted user account data for restoration purposes.
