Working collaboratively with executive-level directors to fulfill the strategic goals of the institution's Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP), ExCeL with Experience! I developed training and resources for the Faculty Champion program. I created essential deliverables and facilitated in launching the program, and the implementation of goals. I continue to work alongside faculty-partners to not only utilize online learning, but to customize the experience for their individual program needs.

ExCeL, USF’s current QEP, is focused on Experiential Centered Learning with the mission of increasing the career readiness of undergraduates by expanding their skills and experience through meaningful experiences that will contribute to their career and educational success.
As a result of the implementation of the current ExCeL QEP, USF’s student participants will be able to:
Identify and evaluate experiential centered learning opportunities that align with their unique career goals.
Demonstrate career readiness competencies acquired through courses and experiences.
Communicate effectively the career readiness competencies, skills, and experiences developed in specific courses.
Communicate effectively the career readiness competencies, skills, and experiences developed through experiential centered learning opportunities.
In order to meet the QEP goals and student outcomes, the Faculty Champion program was created in order to facilitate the infusion of program-specific career modules and increase faculty professional development in experiential learning. The program was designed in a train-the-trainer model, in which our team led a cohort of Faculty Champions over the course of an academic year. Their goals included:
Develop a Community of Practice (CoP)
Set achievable goals for your CoP to accomplish
Embed the career-readiness modules across three levels of your program
Participate in ongoing training throughout the duration of your participation in the program

The training conducted by my team and I for Faculty Champions included the following:
Spring Institute
Fall Check-In
Regular meetings throughout the year
To meet the needs of our training sessions and faculty partners, I managed the developing of our materials leading up to the event and ongoing support and custom implementation of course items/modules.
