These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Budget Management / Expense Tracking mobile application (the “App”), provided by ALILOU DIGITAL LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
The App is a personal budgeting, expense-tracking, and financial-planning tool.
Features may include:
accounts and balances;
income and expense tracking;
salary-cycle planning;
budgets;
bills and subscriptions;
installments and BNPL planning;
credit-card planning;
savings goals;
Safe-to-Spend calculations;
financial forecasts;
reports and reviews;
local reminders.
Features may change over time.
The App is not:
a bank;
a payment institution;
a lender;
an investment platform;
a brokerage;
a financial adviser;
a tax adviser;
an accountant;
a legal adviser.
The App does not hold, transfer, invest, or manage money on your behalf.
Information, calculations, projections, forecasts, reports, reminders, and other content provided by the App are for personal planning and informational purposes only.
They do not constitute financial, investment, credit, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
You should consult an appropriately qualified professional where advice is required.
The App relies primarily on information you enter or maintain.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that information.
Incorrect, incomplete, outdated, duplicated, or delayed information may cause calculations and forecasts to be inaccurate.
Safe-to-Spend, financial horizon, projected cash balance, future obligations, expected salary, budget availability, and similar calculations are estimates based on information available inside the App.
They are not guarantees of your actual bank balance, future income, payment completion, or financial outcome.
An expected salary date or amount does not mean that salary has actually been received.
The current version of the App is designed primarily for manual financial planning.
The App does not represent that it has verified your actual bank balance unless an applicable feature explicitly states otherwise.
You should confirm important financial information directly with your bank, card issuer, lender, merchant, or other relevant provider.
Certain advanced features may require Pro access.
Pro may be available through:
Monthly Pro — an auto-renewable monthly subscription.
Annual Pro — an auto-renewable annual subscription.
Lifetime Pro — a one-time non-consumable purchase.
The specific prices displayed to you are provided by the App Store and may vary by country, currency, taxes, or Apple pricing adjustments.
Monthly and Annual Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled according to Apple's App Store subscription rules.
Payment is charged through your Apple account.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions using Apple's subscription-management tools.
Cancellation prevents future renewal but generally does not immediately terminate access already paid for during the current subscription period.
We cannot directly cancel an App Store subscription on your behalf.
Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase and is not an auto-renewable subscription.
A valid Lifetime Pro purchase unlocks the applicable Pro feature set without a recurring subscription fee, subject to these Terms and the continued availability and compatibility of the App.
“Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the applicable App/service offering and does not guarantee that the App will exist indefinitely or remain compatible with every future device or operating-system version.
Eligible App Store purchases may be restored through the App using the Restore Purchases functionality and Apple's StoreKit services.
Restoration depends on the Apple account and purchase entitlement recognized by Apple.
App Store purchases are processed by Apple.
Refund requests and refund eligibility are governed by Apple's applicable policies and processes.
ALILOU DIGITAL LTD does not independently process your App Store payment-card transaction.
If an auto-renewable Pro subscription expires, advanced Pro functionality may become unavailable or read-only.
Existing personal financial records are not intentionally deleted solely because your Pro subscription expires.
Some creation, editing, configuration, or advanced analysis capabilities may require renewed Pro access.
Your financial records are primarily stored locally on your device.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security and, where applicable, device backups.
We cannot guarantee recovery of locally stored information if your device is lost, damaged, reset, or the App is deleted.
Notifications and reminders are convenience features.
We do not guarantee that a notification will always be delivered at a particular time.
Delivery may be affected by device settings, notification permissions, Focus modes, operating-system behavior, battery settings, or other factors outside our control.
You remain responsible for paying bills, subscriptions, installments, credit-card balances, and other obligations on time.
You agree not to:
reverse engineer the App except where applicable law expressly permits it;
attempt unauthorized access to the App or its systems;
intentionally interfere with App functionality;
use the App for unlawful or fraudulent activity;
misuse intellectual property belonging to ALILOU DIGITAL LTD or third parties.
The App, including its software, design, branding, graphics, original content, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to ALILOU DIGITAL LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property to you.
When the App is downloaded from Apple's App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms, license agreements, and policies.
Where these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple App Store terms applicable to your acquisition or use of the App, the applicable Apple terms will control to the extent required.
Apple is not responsible for providing support for the App except as required under Apple's applicable terms.
We aim to provide a reliable App, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Features may be modified, suspended, discontinued, or replaced for technical, security, legal, business, or compatibility reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
calculations will always be error-free;
forecasts will match future outcomes;
notifications will always arrive;
the App will always remain compatible with every device or OS version;
the App will meet every individual's financial-planning requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALILOU DIGITAL LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from reliance on financial projections, missed payments, lost local data, device failure, or use of the App.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features.
Some functionality may require a newer version of iOS or a supported Apple device.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The revised Terms will display an updated “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the App after revised Terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country or region.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
