This Privacy Policy explains how ALILOU DIGITAL LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the Budget Management / Expense Tracking mobile application (the “App”).
We designed the App with privacy in mind. The App is primarily a local, on-device personal budgeting and financial planning tool.
Financial information you enter into the App — including accounts, balances, transactions, salary information, budgets, bills, subscriptions, installments, credit-card planning information, savings goals, and financial forecasts — is stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage technologies.
In the current version of the App, this personal financial information is not transmitted to ALILOU DIGITAL LTD servers.
We do not operate a server that receives or stores your personal budgeting ledger.
The App does not connect to your bank account, does not request online-banking credentials, and does not automatically access your banking transactions.
Financial information shown in the App is based on information that you enter or manage within the App.
The current version of the App does not use:
third-party advertising SDKs;
third-party analytics SDKs;
cross-app advertising tracking;
behavioral advertising;
advertising identifiers for tracking purposes.
The App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission for advertising tracking.
The App does not display third-party advertising.
The App may offer Pro features through:
monthly auto-renewable subscription;
annual auto-renewable subscription;
Lifetime Pro one-time purchase.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.
We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Apple may process information relating to your App Store account, transactions, subscription status, payment method, taxes, refunds, and purchase history according to Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
The App may receive purchase and entitlement information from StoreKit that is necessary to determine whether Pro features should be available.
StoreKit purchase information is kept separate from your personal budgeting ledger. Purchasing Pro does not create an expense or transaction inside your financial records.
The App may provide local reminders for items such as bills, subscriptions, installments, credit-card payments, expected salary dates, savings goals, and financial reviews.
These notifications are scheduled locally on your device.
Notification permission is optional. You may disable notifications at any time in the App or in iOS Settings.
Financial amounts may be hidden from notification content depending on your App notification preferences.
Where available, the App may use Apple-provided authentication technologies such as Face ID, Touch ID, or device authentication to help protect access to your financial information.
The App does not receive or store your biometric data. Biometric authentication is handled by Apple's operating system.
Because the App's financial records are stored locally, the information generally remains on your device until you edit or delete it, delete the App, erase the device, or otherwise remove the applicable local storage.
Ending a Pro subscription does not automatically delete your existing personal financial records.
You can delete individual financial records using the available controls in the App.
You may also remove locally stored App data by deleting the App from your device, subject to any Apple backup or device restoration mechanisms you have enabled.
Because we do not maintain an online account containing your budgeting ledger, we generally cannot remotely retrieve or delete financial records stored only on your device.
Your device or App data may be included in Apple-provided backup or device-transfer services depending on your personal iOS and iCloud settings.
Such processing is controlled by Apple and your Apple account settings.
The App is intended as a personal financial planning tool and is not specifically directed to children.
We do not knowingly operate a service designed to collect personal financial information from children.
We use reasonable technical and product-design measures intended to reduce unnecessary collection and transmission of personal financial information.
However, no device, storage system, or electronic method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your device, including device passcodes and other available security controls.
The App may be available in multiple countries and regions.
Since the App primarily stores financial information locally on your device, ALILOU DIGITAL LTD does not normally receive the financial ledger you create in the App.
Where information is processed by Apple in connection with App Store purchases or Apple services, Apple's own privacy terms and applicable legal obligations apply.
The current version of the App does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
The App relies on Apple platform services where necessary, including App Store / StoreKit services for purchases and iOS services for local notifications and device functionality.
The App is a personal budgeting and planning tool.
It is not a bank, financial institution, lender, broker, investment adviser, tax adviser, accountant, or legal adviser.
Financial calculations, projections, Safe-to-Spend values, forecasts, reminders, and other results depend on the information recorded in the App and may not reflect your actual financial position.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, applicable laws, or our practices change.
When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
Material changes may also be communicated through the App or our website when appropriate.
