an turn is when someone is done with their actions, or has run out of actions, or has lost their ability to do anything (missile battery card charge)
you can fight one battle per turn
you can import 3 times per turn
you can train 2 soldiers per turn
you can create 5 weapons per turn
you can create 5 armors per turn
you can build 2 forts per turn
you can build 1 territory defense per turn
you can build 2 production buildings per turn
you can make 1 project per turn (or cant if you already have one going)
a card charge is a special ability that can be used once. you can create card charges by starting projects including: missile battery charge, airstrike charge, heavy reinforcement charge, any supply boost charge, shield card, eternian eye card, mod armor charge, mod weapon charge, weaken card, spy card, gift card (special), and extra turn card.
the missile battery card allows you to skip someones turn.
the airstrike card allows you to airstrike a area (weaken a territory or kill people in a battle)
the heavy reinforcement card gives you 10 soldiers and a special soldier, or reinforces your troops in a battle (without charging your weapons/armor)
the any supply boost card gives 50-100 of any supply
the shield card shields one of your territorys from attack
the eternian eye card is only available to veilian allys, but allows you to see the enemys next actions, and their other stats
the mod weapon/armor card gives you a mod armor or weapon to use against foes
the weaken card weakens enemy troops (either removing their armor, or any item catagory, or just giving you an advantage)
the spy card is the same as the eternian eye card but for everyone, and you can steal materials from the enemy faction.
the gift card gives a gift to a faction or side
the extra turn card allows you to play a turn again without letting anyone else do a turn. (does not let you do battles)
