🌀 Political or controversial stuff

🌀 NSFW (they can be in a bikini or mankini, anything showing skin but absolutely NO sexual purposes)

🌀Sending a DM through Twitter, Discord, or Bluesky
🌀Let me know if this is will be used for commercial use, so I can apply fee early on!

Type of Style: (Flat Color/Rendered)

Background: (e.g transparent/flat color blue/red gradient square/etc.)

(OPTIONAL) Additional info: (preferred expressions, removal of outline, preferred color of lineart for sketch, etc.)

🌀Main payment is through PayPal (there WILL be unfortunately, it's because of PayPal)
🌀I will send an invoice so send me your PayPal link or email in PayPal
🌀If you are paying via Ko-fi, please do let me know in advance so I will be able to calculate the PayPal fee early
🌀Another is through my Ko-fi, I still don't have VGen unfortunately
🌀Full payment up-front when it's 2D and 3D animated, but for regular 3D it can be half up-front
🌀Strictly no refunds, since I use the money to help my family immediately (especially for food and bills)

🌀I usually open slots of 10, but in rare cases I will leave it open and accept commissions for when I need stuff
🌀If the slots are full (assuming I have slots up,) you can still order, and I will put you up in a Trello list! Check the link on the bottom of the page for links.

˖°𓇼🌊⋆🐚🫧Revisions

🌀Revisions are free ONLY during the sketching phase, anything after that will cost $3! Minimal revisions are fine, skin tones revisions are absolutely free
🌀If I have missed something during the sketching phase please do tell me! It's recommended to specify me small details in advance

˖°𓇼🌊⋆🐚🫧Deadlines and Delivery

🌀Deadlines will have a fee, depending on how close or far it is. This will be considered 'rushed' since it will be more prioritized, as stated, depending on how close the deadline is
🌀I will place your commissions in Trello with updates from time to time, by order of payment. This will be overridden if there is a rush/deadline commission(s). I will put extra details in the description
🌀Turn around time will be at least a week up to 3 months
🌀I will send the finished product through a Google Drive link. Let me know if you can't access it!
🌀I automatically will post the commission tagging you, you can tell me in advance if you don't want to be tagged or want to remain anonymous

˖°𓇼🌊⋆🐚🫧Rights and Credits

🌀I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
🌀I may use the artwork to:
🌊Promote myself and my services
🌊Post on social media and in my portfolio
🌀As the client, you are allowed to:
🌊Share the commission on Twitter or other socials with credit
🌊Use the commission as profile icon or banner with credit as well
🌊Use the work as a reference (for your or other artists' use)
🌊Print it for personal use ONLY, or sharing it with your friends
🌀As the client, you are NOT allowed to:
🌊Trace, modify, or edit any of my work(s) and claim it as your own
🌊Absolutely DO NOT feed my artwork(s) to AI, if you do I must block you from further commissions and interactions.
🌊Repost without credits
🌊Sell it to other people

🌀As stated earlier, you can send a DM through Discord, Twitter, GMail, or Bluesky. GMail and Twitter will work, although less efficient, pretty much because Twitter fails to notify me for notifications, and I rarely open my GMail.
