By accessing or using Al Mahmud ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the App.

By downloading, installing, or using Al Mahmud, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms may be updated from time to time, and any changes will be reflected in the updated version of this document. Continued use of the App after any updates will signify your acceptance of the new terms.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, Al Mahmud grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal device. This license is solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

• Copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App’s functionality or interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the App.

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Offline Usage and Data

Al Mahmud is designed to work 100% offline. All data, such as prayer times and location, is stored locally on your device. No personal data is collected or transmitted to any server or third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within Al Mahmud, including but not limited to the design, text, images, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of the App’s developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Al Mahmud is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Al Mahmud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, loss of data, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information you choose to store on your device, including location data and preferences. You also agree to use the App responsibly and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

9. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We may also update the features or functionality of the App periodically, and such updates will be governed by these Terms of Use.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you breach any of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Al Mahmud and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms of Use.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which you reside. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be resolved in the courts of your jurisdiction.
