🌊 Ally’s Aqua Academy Cancellation & Refund Policy 🌊

We understand that plans can change. To keep our small, high-quality classes running smoothly, please review the following policies:

📌 Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the class start date to be eligible for a refund.

• The $50 deposit is non-refundable.

• If your spot can be filled before the session begins, we may be able to offer a refund at our discretion.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the start date are not eligible for a refund.

• No refunds will be given for missed classes or no-shows.

• All refund requests must be submitted by a parent or guardian and are subject to approval.

• Approved refunds will be issued via check or PayPal.

⚠️ Class Changes or Cancellations

Ally’s Aqua Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to:

• Low enrollment

• Inclement weather

• Other unforeseen circumstances

If a class is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

If a class is rescheduled, you may choose to:
💙 Transfer to the new session
💙 Receive a full refund

Ally’s Aqua Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration. If this occurs, a full refund will be provided.
