🌊 Ally’s Aqua Academy Cancellation & Refund Policy 🌊
📌 Cancellation & Refunds
• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the class start date to receive a refund.
• The only exception is if your spot can be filled before the class begins.
• Cancellations made after the deadline are not eligible for a refund, and deposits will be forfeited.
• Refunds are not available for registrants who choose not to attend.
• Refund requests must be submitted by a parent or guardian and are subject to Ally’s Aqua Academy’s discretion.
• Approved refunds will be issued via check or PayPal.
⚠️ Class Cancellations
Ally’s Aqua Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to:
✅ Low enrollment
✅ Inclement weather
✅ Other unforeseen circumstances
If a class is canceled, registrants will receive a full refund.
If a class is postponed, registrants may choose to either:
💙 Receive a full refund OR
💙 Transfer their registration to the rescheduled session.
🚫 Service Refusal Policy
Ally’s Aqua Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations. If a registration is refused, the registrant will receive a full refund.
