My name is Ally Maxwell and I am an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer with expertise in creating innovative and engaging content using a variety of authoring tools and creative delivery methods.

I came to this career field by combining my passions; graphic design, emerging technology, and teaching. I use my experiences from creating engaging lessons that quickly were restructured for distance learning/eLearning, helping elder adults use modern technology, and hobby of creating projects and trip itineraries with visual and textual content; to designing and delivering learning assets for adults to develop their employment skills.

I am very passionate about supporting others through instructional design and eLearning development which is apparent in the content I have created.

When I am not creating content, I am playing with my two cats, attending music festivals or playing soccer. I also love traveling, hiking, reading and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
