What do we mean when we say "property management and event service
For property management
Handling Complaints/Emergencies- we are paid to deal with maintenance requests, noise complaints and we have the necessary contacts to handle emergency situations.
Property Maintenance- This includes performing preventative property maintenance to keep the property functioning in top condition. For example, we are to hire someone to, exterminate, check for leaks, landscape, shovel snow and remove trash. This maintenance aims to keep current tenants happy and attract new tenants.
Vacant Properties- Property managers are often hired to look after vacant properties to make sure there has been no vandalism and to perform routine maintenance. They also make sure contractors and other repairmen are completing their work in a timely manner.
Screening Tenants- we have a consistent screening process, including running credit checks and criminal background checks.
Sublet investigations- Our companies investigators will do research and keep vigilant helping you keep your money in your wallet.
For event services
Event management- is the application of project management to the creation and development of large-scale events such as festivals, conferences, ceremonies, weddings, formal parties, concerts, or conventions. It involves studying the brand, identifying its target audience, devising the event concept, and coordinating the technical aspects before actually launching the event.
event planning- which can include budgeting, scheduling, site selection, acquiring necessary permits, coordinating transportation and parking, arranging for speakers or entertainers, arranging decor, event security, catering, coordinating with third party vendors, and emergency plans. Each event is different in its nature so process of planning & execution of each event differs on basis of type of event.
