Allura Breath is an invitation to reconnect with ourselves through one of the most powerful tools we possess: our breath. The name reflects a sense of possibility, curiosity, and transformation. It is inspired by the meeting of ancient wisdom and modern understanding, inviting us to explore the profound impact that conscious breathing can have on our health, wellbeing, and the way we move through life.
At its core, Allura Breath is about coming home to yourself.
Through the breath, we can create more space, more presence, more vitality, and
a deeper connection to who we truly are.
Because within every breath lies an opportunity to feel, heal, grow, and thrive.
Allura Breath is where modern breathing science meets ancient practices of awareness and self-discovery. Through breathwork, movement, bodywork, and mindfulness, I help people improve the way they breathe and, in turn, the way they live.
Whether your goal is to reduce stress, improve performance, increase energy, sleep better, enhance recovery, or deepen your connection with yourself, the breath offers a powerful starting point.
My approach is both practical and holistic, combining evidence-based techniques with a deep respect for the body's innate wisdom.
My journey into breathwork began with a deep curiosity about the connection between body, mind, and wellbeing. Through my training as a Level 3 Breath Coach with Kasper van der Meulen (breathworkmasterclass.com) I developed a deeper understanding of the biology and physiology of breathing and its powerful impact on stress, recovery, performance, and emotional wellbeing.
Today, I combine breathwork with movement, bodywork, mindfulness, sound, somatic practices, and emotional release techniques to support each person's unique process. My approach is both practical and intuitive, blending evidence-based methods with a deep respect for the body's innate wisdom.
Over the years, I've witnessed how transformative it can be when people feel truly supported, heard, and safe to explore what arises within them. Creating that space is at the heart of my work.
I believe that each of us has an innate capacity for healing, growth, and change.
Sometimes, all it takes is the right guidance, the right environment, and a single conscious breath to begin.
Alongside breathwork, I also facilitate psilocybin journeys. If you are interested in exploring that path, feel free to visit Truffle Treatment.
