Welcome to AllTV: Smart Remote Control. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AllTV: Smart Remote Control mobile application (the "App"), developed and provided by MIEN BAC WATER INDUSTRY SUPPLIES COMPANY LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
1.1 License We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on an Android device that you own or control.
1.2 App Requirements To use the App effectively, your mobile device and the Smart TV you wish to control must be connected to the same local Wi-Fi network. We are not responsible for your network connection or the compatibility of your specific television model.
1.3 Restrictions You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App for any purpose.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
Interfere with or disrupt the security, functionality, or performance of the App.
Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and usage practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree that we can collect and use your data as outlined in that policy.
The App utilizes third-party services to provide core functionalities, display advertisements, and analyze app performance (such as Google Play Services, AdMob, Firebase, and OneSignal).
Third-Party Terms: These third-party services have their own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
External Links: The App or advertisements within the App may contain links to external websites. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to its design, code, graphics, text, and logos, are owned by MIEN BAC WATER INDUSTRY SUPPLIES COMPANY LIMITED or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will function uninterrupted, be secure, or be available at any particular time or location.
Any errors or defects will be corrected.
The App will be compatible with all Smart TVs or mobile devices.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MIEN BAC WATER INDUSTRY SUPPLIES COMPANY LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We may also push automatic updates to your device to improve performance, enhance security, or add new features.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document or through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and you must delete the App from your device.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vietnam.
