If you want a massive, weatherproof storage solution for hauling gear in your truck bed during daily commutes or weekend trips, choose AlltoAuto 38; if you need a heavy-duty steel hitch to tow trailers or carry racks on your front bumper, choose TIOYAR Trailer Hitch Black.
These two products serve completely different functions on the road, yet both are essential upgrades for specific truck owners. The AlltoAuto 38 is designed to turn an empty cargo bed into a secure, dry vault, perfect for moving furniture or packing for a long family vacation without worrying about rain damage. On the other hand, the TIOYAR unit transforms the front of your vehicle into a towing platform, allowing you to attach bike racks, cargo carriers, or small trailers with confidence. One solves the problem of "where do I put this stuff?" while the other answers "how do I pull or carry extra weight?"
• AlltoAuto 38: Its biggest strength is the massive 38 cubic feet of waterproof space that fits all full-size pickups, but it requires you to have a truck bed and bungee cords to secure it properly.
• TIOYAR Trailer Hitch Black: It offers incredible durability with thick mild steel construction and high towing capacity, though it is strictly limited to specific GM models like the Silverado and Sierra.
• Who picks AlltoAuto: Drivers who need to haul bulky items like camping gear, lawn equipment, or household goods without exposing them to the elements.
• Who picks TIOYAR: Owners of 2020-2025 Chevrolet or GMC trucks who need to mount accessories or tow light loads from their front bumper area.
The AlltoAuto 38 Cubic Feet Truck Bed Cargo Bag is engineered for those who view their truck bed as more than just an open tray. If your daily commute involves picking up supplies from the hardware store or if your weekends are filled with outdoor adventures, this bag turns that unused space into a functional storage room. The sheer volume of 38 cubic feet is nearly double what standard bags offer, meaning you can finally fit oversized items that usually get left behind or stacked precariously. Whether you are transporting a stack of firewood, a pile of golf clubs, or the entire contents of a garage sale find, this bag handles it with ease.
What sets this product apart is its commitment to keeping your belongings dry. It utilizes 600D heavy-duty PVC material paired with high-frequency heat-welded seams. This means there are no needle holes for water to seep through, unlike traditional stitched bags. Even during highway-speed rainstorms, your luggage stays bone-dry inside. This feature is critical for anyone who leaves their truck parked outside overnight or drives through unpredictable weather conditions. You don't have to worry about tarps flapping loose or wet clothes ruining your car interior.

However, this product is not for everyone. It is specifically designed to maximize the bed space of full-size pickups like the F150, Silverado, RAM, and Sierra. If you drive a compact pickup or a sedan, this jumbo-sized bag will not work for you. Additionally, while it includes four reinforced straps to keep cargo rock-solid at speeds up to 75mph, you must still secure it properly to prevent any shifting. It folds down into a storage bag when not in use, which is convenient, but you need a dedicated place to stash it when it isn't on the truck. If you rarely carry large loads or never leave your truck bed uncovered, this might be an unnecessary expense. But for the frequent hauler, it is a game-changer for organization and protection.
The TIOYAR Trailer Hitch Black is a specialized component built for a very specific group of truck owners. It is compatible exclusively with the 2020-2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500, Suburban 2500/3500, and the 2020-2024 GMC Sierra 2500/3500 and Yukon XL. If your vehicle falls outside these exact model years or makes, this part simply will not fit. The installation is intended for the front of the truck, utilizing a standard 2-inch hitch receiver to expand your vehicle's utility. This is not a rear bumper accessory; it is a front-mounted solution designed to carry weight and provide attachment points where you might otherwise have none.
Durability is the primary selling point here. The hitch is constructed from 5/32-inch thick mild hard steel with precision tolerance steel tubes measuring 2 inches by 0.120 inches. This robust build quality ensures the unit can withstand significant stress without bending or failing. The black powder coating adds a layer of corrosion resistance, which is vital for a piece of equipment that sits exposed to road salt, mud, and debris.
This product is ideal for users who need to transport bikes, cargo racks, or small boats. It allows you to utilize the front of your truck for tasks that would otherwise require a roof rack or a rear mount that interferes with your tailgate. However, the installation process is not something you should attempt casually. Professional installation is highly recommended due to the structural nature of the part and the safety implications of mounting heavy loads to the front frame. The package includes the hitch, mounting accessories, and instructions, but the complexity of fitting it correctly demands expertise. If you own one of the compatible GM trucks and frequently need to tow or carry gear that doesn't fit in the bed, this is a serious upgrade. If you only drive lightly or your truck isn't on the compatibility list, this part serves no purpose.

• Best for Daily Commute Hauling → AlltoAuto 38 offers massive 38 cubic feet of space for groceries, tools, or sports equipment during your routine trips.
• Best for Front-Mount Utility → TIOYAR Trailer Hitch Black frees up your bed space by moving your cargo carrier or bike rack to the front bumper.
• Best for Universal Fitment → AlltoAuto 38 works on almost all full-size pickups regardless of brand, whereas TIOYAR is locked to specific GM models.
• Best for Durability Under Load → TIOYAR Trailer Hitch Black uses thick 5/32" steel to handle the rigors of towing and heavy static loads.
• Best for Easy Storage → AlltoAuto 38 folds compactly into an included bag, while the TIOYAR remains a permanent fixture once installed.
• Best for Versatility → TIOYAR Trailer Hitch Black opens up options for ball mounts, cargo racks, and bike racks that the AlltoAuto cannot physically support.
In my opinion, the choice between these two depends entirely on what you are trying to move. If your goal is to organize and protect the things you carry in the back of your truck, the AlltoAuto 38 is the clear winner. It solves the most common problem for truck owners: keeping stuff dry and contained. However, if you are looking to expand your towing capabilities or add a bike rack to the front of your specific GM truck, the TIOYAR is the only viable option. For a daily commute where you might pick up a few boxes or grab some camping gear, I would lean toward the AlltoAuto 38 because it offers immediate, versatile utility without requiring professional installation or limiting your vehicle choice. It simply makes the truck more useful every single day.
While the package includes instructions, professional installation is highly recommended due to the heavy steel construction and the safety requirements of front-mounted towing components.
No, it is specifically designed to maximize the bed space of full-size pickups like the F150, Silverado, RAM, and Sierra, and may not fit smaller vehicles.
