Avoid units with bad demand as they're hard to downgrade (Only go for them unless it's really cheap and you can gain profit)

Go for units with good demand as these units are often sought after and overpaid for (It's best that you overpay slightly for a unit with good demand since you can easily flip that

Avoid obtainable units since they're unstable and can lose value easily. (It's best to go for an unobtainable unit during the first few days it is out as that is when it holds the most value)

Trade in public servers as most people there do not know values and will often overpay for your units there. (people will also lowball for your units there but trading new units is a good idea in public servers)

Advertise in many servers as you can (ASTD main server, Youtuber servers, Trello's server, and Wikis server)
