This guide provides a method for ensuring that the Current Grade column is visible in your Bay College Blackboard Learn Course. Bay College requires that every course includes a column titled “Current Grade” in the gradebook. This column is used by the Registrar and Advising departments at Bay College to trigger low performance alerts for students.

How to Submit No Show Attendance
No Show Response Entry Instructions:
• Log into myBay • Select Employees (top banner)
• Select Faculty (left side bar) • Faculty Course Control
• Pick a course
Go directly to select area
Grade Entry
• Under Grade Entry click View Course List
• For each course on your list
• Select the course number
• Scroll down and use the drop-down menus to assign grades
• Once you select SAVE (and all grades for that course are entered) you cannot go back and change anything.
• Repeat for each course
You will enter:
*P for Present
*N for Not attending
