Package Purchase Policy.
All packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Paying upfront allows you to lock in discounted rates and enjoy stress-free booking for your future sessions.
Late Arrival.
We understand that delays can happen. To ensure every client receives the full benefit of their session, please try to arrive on time.
If you arrive late, your treatment may need to finish at the originally scheduled time to accommodate the next client. The full treatment fee will still apply.
Cancellations & No-Shows.
Life can be unpredictable — we completely understand.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 2 hours before your appointment time.
There are no cancellation or no-show fees, but timely communication allows us to offer your spot to another client and keep our schedule running smoothly.
