Run Limit: 7 runs max per half-inning (no cap in the final inning).
Slaughter Rule: 15-run lead after 4 innings, 8-run lead after 5 innings.
🧮 POOL PLAY SEEDING TIEBREAKERS
If two or more teams finish pool play with identical records, the following criteria will be applied in order:
Head-to-head results (only if exactly two teams are tied)
Run differential (total runs scored minus runs allowed)
Runs allowed (fewest runs conceded)
Runs scored (most runs scored)
Coin toss
⚔️ BRACKET PLAY TIEBREAKERS
If a bracket game is tied when time expires, the international tiebreaker will be used:
Start the inning with runners on 2nd and 3rd base and one out
Resume batting order where it left off
Each team gets one opportunity per inning under this format
📋 DIVISION-SPECIFIC RULES

Stealing is allowed only after the pitch crosses the plate
No dropped third strike – batter is out on a third strike regardless of a dropped ball
10U–12U – Regular Baseball Rules
Standard youth baseball rules apply
13U – Full-Sized Field
Games are played on a full-sized field
Standard baseball rules apply
How many games will be played?
Every team will play a minimum of four games, including three pool play games and at least one bracket or consolation game.
*This is subject to change*
How is playing time determined?
Each player will be guaranteed at least 5 innings at their primary position over the course of the event. However, this does not mean all innings at the primary position will be played during the same game.
How much can I expect my player to pitch?
Innings will be spread amongst all pitchers on the roster, with the coach reserving the right to adjust pitching limits based on performance.
What is the Player Evaluation?
Every player will be evaluated throughout the event in two different forms by their coaches: during team practices and gameplay.
How is the batting order created?
All-Ripken Games will implement a rolling batting order to ensure that all players receive an equal number of at-bats.
