🎽 YOUR PLAYER’S KIT

All players will receive their All-Ripken Kit at check-in. The kit includes:
• 2 Game Jerseys (White = HOME | Blue = AWAY)
• Game Hat
• Swag Bag
• Event Bag Tag

🎒 WHAT TO BRING

Please make sure your player arrives fully prepared with:
• Turf shoes and/or cleats
• All necessary baseball equipment
• White baseball pants (bring at least 2 pairs)
• Navy or black belt
• Water or sports drinks – players should bring their own bottles

✅ CHECK-IN PROCESS

Check-in will take place at the entrance to the Complex, clearly marked with signage.

🏟️ PRACTICE SESSION & TEAM MEETING

All players will kick off the weekend with a team practice session and a meeting with their assigned coaches.
📌 Reminder: Players must bring both jerseys each day. Coaches will confirm which jersey to wear prior to each game (HOME or AWAY).

Players will participate in skill-testing stations designed to capture metrics for their official Player Card.

Results are scaled by grad year and provide a great snapshot of performance compared to peers nationwide.

🥇 AWARDS PRESENTATION

• All Champion and Runner-Up teams will receive awards immediately following their championship games at the field.

🏥 EVENT SUPPORT

• A licensed athletic trainer will be available on-site throughout practices and gameplay.
• Any weather delays or schedule changes will be communicated via League Apps notifications and posted in the Event Hub.

🚨 IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• Players must have both jerseys with them at all times
• Parent Behavior: This event is about the players. Negative or disruptive behavior toward umpires, coaches, or staff — including excessive yelling — will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the facility.
