Foreman

Allphase Landscape is seeking a qualified candidate for a foreman position with an appetite for hard work to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for being outdoors, be hardworking, patient, have integrity, attention to detail, be physically strong, and be a team player.

Job Responsibilities:

• Aid with installations (e.g. hand digging, raking, planting, construction of patio and stonework, etc.)

• Apply landscaping and hardscaping methods efficiently

• Inventory management (water, weed, organize)

• Load and unload materials, as needed

• Professional communication between team members

Job Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and motivation to learn

• Attention to detail

• Teamwork

• Physically strong

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Background check

• A smartphone with cellular data/Wi-Fi

• Professional appearance and demeanor

Physical Demands:

• Ability to move 100+ pounds

• Lift, squat, push, pull, shovel, etc.

• Spend long hours completing manual labor

• Various weather conditions
