When you access the All PDF Reader – PDF Scanner app, your device automatically sends data for technical reasons. This data is stored separately from any other data you may provide to us, including:
Date and time of access
Browser type/version
Operating system used
URL of the previously visited website
IP address (truncated by one octet)
This data is stored for technical purposes only and is not associated with any specific individual.

3.2. Support Requests

If you contact our support team, we collect and store the personal data you provide to process your request. You are not required to provide personal data and may contact us using a pseudonym.
We store support requests for 120 days after completion to ensure your request has been processed successfully and to assist with any future issues.
Data processing for support requests is conducted to fulfill your request and ensure proper operation of the app, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general inquiries, we process data based on our legitimate interest in responding to emails, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Cookies

We use "cookies" to provide all features of the app and enhance user experience. Cookies are small files stored on your device via your browser. You may block cookies through your browser settings, though this may limit some app features.
Specifically, we use the following cookies:

Cookies from Facebook Meta SDK
Cookies from Google Ads (to measure advertising effectiveness)

These cookies do not personally identify you. Use of cookies is based on our legitimate interest in improving user experience and app design, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
