This Privacy Policy describes how the Allowance App, DadAppFR, and RVU Counter Companion (“the Apps”) handle information. The Apps are designed to help families track allowances, balances, and spending. We take privacy seriously and intentionally collect as little data as possible.
The App does not collect personal information directly such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or precise location data.
The only information stored is data voluntarily entered by the user, which may include:
Allowance amounts
Transaction entries (e.g., purchases or adjustments)
Dates and balances
This data is stored securely using Google Firebase, a cloud backend service.
Stored data is used solely to provide app functionality, including:
Displaying balances
Tracking allowance history
Syncing data across devices (if enabled)
We do not use this data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or marketing.
Some Apps use Firebase, provided by Google LLC, for data storage and backend services.
Firebase may process limited technical information (such as device identifiers or IP addresses) as required to provide its services. This information is handled in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy:

The App is intended for family use and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
No account creation, email address, or identity verification is required.
Parents or guardians are responsible for the data entered into the App.
We use industry-standard security measures provided by Firebase to protect stored data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Data is retained only as long as the user continues to use the App. Deleting the App or associated data will remove stored information from our systems.
You may:
Edit or delete data within the App at any time
Remove the App to stop all data storage
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
