NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS FOR 2027-2028 WITH $200 DOWN
All Out K9 Productions is committed to placing dogs in safe, responsible, and appropriate homes. Because significant time, resources, training, evaluation, and expenses are invested into every dog, all purchasers are required to review and agree to the following policies and terms before a dog is placed in their care.
All prospective purchasers are required to complete the All Out K9 Productions Dog Purchase Application before purchasing a dog.
Applications must be completed honestly and accurately. Providing false, misleading, or intentionally incomplete information may result in the application being denied or a purchase agreement being voided.
Completion of an application does not guarantee approval to purchase a dog.
All buyers are required to sign a written purchase and/or training agreement before a dog is placed in their care.
The contract will establish the applicable terms of the individual purchase, including requirements relating to:
Payment
Dog care
Training
Veterinary care
Vaccinations
Ownership and placement
Rehoming
Return of the dog
Other applicable responsibilities
A dog will not be placed with a buyer until the required documentation has been completed and signed.
A 50% payment of the agreed-upon total price is required before All Out K9 Productions will obtain a dog for a customized training or purchase program.
All payments made toward the dog up to and including the required 50% deposit are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Initial deposits
Partial payments
Payments toward the dog's purchase price
Payments toward training
Payments made toward obtaining or reserving a dog
Once funds have been committed toward obtaining and beginning the dog's program, those funds are considered non-refundable.
This policy exists because substantial time, planning, resources, and expenses may be committed to each individual dog before placement.
Once a dog has been placed with a buyer or handler, payments made toward the dog are non-refundable.
If a dog is subsequently returned to All Out K9 Productions, surrendered, removed from the handler's care, or otherwise returned after placement, the buyer will not receive a refund unless otherwise specifically required by applicable law or expressly provided for in the signed contract.
A return of the dog does not automatically cancel or reverse previously made payments.
Every dog placed through All Out K9 Productions represents a significant investment of:
Training time
Professional labor
Food and daily care
Veterinary care
Equipment
Transportation
Evaluation
Dog acquisition
Environmental exposure
Public access training, when applicable
Task training, when applicable
Because of the substantial resources invested into each dog, All Out K9 Productions does not offer refunds simply because a buyer changes their mind, can no longer keep the dog, or is dissatisfied with the decision to purchase the dog.
All Out K9 Productions does not voluntarily provide refunds that are prohibited by the applicable signed agreement.
If a buyer believes they are entitled to a refund despite these policies, the matter should first be addressed according to the terms of the signed purchase agreement and applicable law.
Any unauthorized payment dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal may be addressed through the applicable financial institution or payment provider.
All Out K9 Productions reserves the right to provide the applicable financial institution or payment processor with documentation concerning the transaction, including the signed contract, payment records, application, communications, and documentation of services or training provided.
All Out K9 Productions will not knowingly sell or place a dog with an individual who has a documented history of animal abuse or cruelty.
Prospective buyers are required to provide truthful information regarding their history and circumstances during the application and contracting process.
The safety and welfare of every dog placed through All Out K9 Productions is a priority.
If All Out K9 Productions discovers credible legal evidence of prior animal abuse or cruelty after a dog has been placed, the situation may be investigated and addressed in accordance with the purchase agreement and applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, All Out K9 Productions reserves the right to:
Contact appropriate law enforcement or animal-control authorities.
Provide relevant documentation or information to those authorities.
Exercise any contractual rights concerning the dog's return.
Take other lawful steps necessary to protect the dog's welfare.
Any removal of a dog from a buyer's custody will be conducted in accordance with the applicable contract and law.
All information provided during the application and purchasing process must be truthful and accurate.
Providing false, misleading, or intentionally omitted information may constitute a material breach of the purchase agreement.
Examples may include providing inaccurate information about:
Animal abuse or cruelty history
Previous dog ownership
Current animals in the household
Living arrangements
Intended use of the dog
Experience with dogs
Ability to provide appropriate care
Household members
Other information specifically requested during the application process
If material misinformation is discovered, All Out K9 Productions reserves the contractual right to pursue the remedies provided in the signed agreement, including termination or voiding of the agreement where legally permitted.
All dogs placed through All Out K9 Productions must receive appropriate daily care.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Appropriate food and nutrition
Clean drinking water
Safe housing
Appropriate exercise
Appropriate mental stimulation
Necessary grooming
Routine veterinary care
Required vaccinations
Preventative veterinary care
Appropriate training maintenance
Safe handling
Appropriate supervision
The buyer is responsible for maintaining the dog's health, safety, and welfare after placement.
Purchasing a trained dog does not eliminate the need for continued training.
Handlers are responsible for maintaining the dog's:
Obedience
Task behaviors
Public behavior
Working skills
Appropriate social behavior
Environmental skills
General reliability
Failure to maintain a dog's training may negatively affect the dog's performance.
For service dogs and working K-9s in particular, ongoing practice and reinforcement are essential.
A purchaser may not simply rehome, surrender, abandon, or transfer a dog contrary to the terms of the signed agreement.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Giving the dog to another individual
Selling the dog
Rehoming the dog
Surrendering the dog to an animal shelter
Surrendering the dog to a rescue
Abandoning the dog
Transferring the dog to another handler without required authorization
If you are no longer able to keep the dog, contact All Out K9 Productions and we will come pick the dog up.
Failure to provide appropriate care may constitute a violation of the purchase agreement.
Examples may include:
Failure to provide adequate food or water
Failure to obtain necessary veterinary care
Failure to maintain required vaccinations
Neglect
Abandonment
Improper housing
Failure to provide appropriate supervision
Failure to maintain required training
Unauthorized rehoming
Unauthorized surrender
Other conduct that places the dog's health or welfare at risk
Where permitted by the signed agreement and applicable law, All Out K9 Productions may exercise its contractual rights to require the dog's return or pursue other available remedies.
If a dog is removed from a buyer's care because of a violation of the purchase agreement, neglect, abuse, unauthorized transfer, failure to provide required care, or another circumstance covered by the contract, the buyer will not be entitled to a refund unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in the signed agreement.
The specific circumstances and available remedies will be governed by the individual purchase agreement and applicable law.
If a buyer can no longer keep their dog, they must follow the return procedures established in their signed agreement.
Do NOT surrender a dog to a shelter or rescue without first reviewing the applicable contract and contacting All Out K9 Productions when the agreement requires it.
Returning a dog does not automatically create a right to a refund.
These policies provide a general overview of All Out K9 Productions' business policies.
The individual written agreement signed by the buyer will contain the specific terms applicable to that dog's purchase and training program.
If a provision of a signed agreement differs from this general website policy, the terms of the signed agreement and applicable law will govern to the extent legally permitted.
