Sierra, the founder of All Out K9 Productions. I grew up in Southern California, where I had the opportunity to meet and interact with many different dogs throughout my life. Although I developed a strong love for dogs while living in California, my journey into professional dog training truly began after I moved to Eastern Iowa and found myself needing to owner-train my own service dog. That experience sparked a passion for training and working with dogs that eventually grew into a career.

I have now been training dogs for approximately four years and have earned multiple certifications in areas including service dog training, search and rescue, and scent detection. I have also gained experience working with personal protection dogs and apprehension K-9s. My primary specialty is psychiatric alert and response and medical alert and response service dogs, where I focus on creating individualized training programs based on the needs of each handler.

My work with service dogs has shown me how much of a difference the right dog and the right training can make in someone's life. I believe training should be individualized rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Every dog has different strengths, every handler has different needs, and every working partnership requires something different.

Outside of dog training, I am continuing my own education and professional development. I am currently working toward my Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Master of Science in Psychology, while also completing pre-law studies with the goal of eventually earning my Juris Doctor. My long-term goal is to become a United States federal prosecutor, and I am passionate about the connection between psychology, criminal justice, law, and working dogs.

I have owned and operated my own dog training company since 2024. In August 2026, I decided to take the next step and build a larger company, which led to the creation of All Out K9 Productions. My existing clients and programs are transitioning to the new company, and I am extremely excited to see where this next chapter takes us.

What started with owner training my own service dog has grown into a passion for helping other people find, train, and build meaningful working partnerships with their dogs. I am grateful for every client who trusts me with their dog and excited to continue growing All Out K9 Productions one dog, one handler, and one training program at a time.
